What is Tracker?
Tracker is an automated system for processing strategic trade license applications that is provided by the U.S. to foreign governments to promote interagency consensus and transparency while protecting the confidentiality of commercial and national security information. Specialized licensing software provides the tools and information licensing officers need to effectively process strategic trade applications. The software is accompanied by in-country training and often computer and networking equipment.
